(1.1) 本店价格优惠, 谢绝议价! 太过挑剔, 斤斤计较, 请止步!
(1.2) 每一个订单的最低提交款额是必须超越 RM25.00 才成交.
(1.3) 本店暂时只接受款到发货的付款方式, 不便之处敬请谅解! 本店先到先得! 越迟付钱, 越有可能缺货! 弃单者, 不会退还任何款额.
(1.4) 所有的商品价格未包括邮费. 货品会在收到汇款后的一到两天发货. 否则, 我们会另行通知.
(1.5) 付款后的订单是不能再做任何修改, 包括添加商品! 若买家付了钱, 但是临时缺货的, 我们会第一时间退款的!
(1.6) 货物出售后，恕不退还或更换. 不负责寄邮时所造成的遗失或损坏 (注 : 请附上真实的姓名, 地址和联系方式. 若填写错误的地址造成您订购商品送不到, 我们将不承担责任.)
(1.7) 各位买家请留意! 麻烦你们汇款后一定要在两天内通知我们, 可通过msn 及 e-mail通知汇款 (*请说明你的名字, 汇款金额, 汇款号码和汇款日期).

每个订单 = RM7 (数量不限), 购物满 RM150 免付邮费
东马邮费 ( Poslaju) :

(1.9) 付款方式 : Maybank, 将另行通知户口号码.
(1.10) 请在收到货品后向我们报报平安.
2.0 关于产品 ~ 护肤彩妆区
(2.1) 全场护肤品彩妆100%正品保证! 但化妆品属特殊商品, 效果及是否会引起过敏是因人而异的, 请谨慎购买! 而工具类的我们只保证性价比是最高的, 如不能接受的请不要购买.
(2.2) 所有护肤品和彩妆保正正品但不保证效果! 护肤品有个体差异, 不接受 “用了皮肤过敏”, “不喜欢”, “不适合我” 的退货要求! 产品效果存在个人差异, 这是医学常识.
3.0 关于产品 ~ 服饰 / 预购区 (暂时不适用)
(3.1) 每架电脑的荧幕颜色皆有不同, 所有图片颜色只供参考, 有98%相似, 物品颜色皆以实物为主. 不接受没有影响到商品的运作的瑕疵 (如有点肮脏, 或者是脱了一点线頭),没有想象中漂亮, 颜差, 布料太薄, 太大或太小而要求退货. 请买家考虑清楚才下单!
(3.2) 因商品本身存在的尺寸差距及测量方式不同的误差, 商品里标注的尺寸仅作为参考基准. (免责声明 : 网站上提供的商品尺寸均仅作参考, 同款同尺寸商品尺寸之间会存在 2cm-3cm左右的误差 ; 因不同品牌而带来的尺寸不合适等问题, 网站将就不再承担责任). 衣服測量尺方式 , 请參考站内的“衣服測量尺寸”. 建議你可以量一下自己平常穿的衣服就可以大概比對出來是否合你的Size喔!
(3.3) 货物将在预购截止日期后的20-30天送到买家手上, 不排除技术问题使运输时间延长!
(3.4) 所有的预购品, 100%是进口货所以各位买家不要拿其他网店商品拿来比较. (P/s 这里也有现货物品噢!)
4.0 关于售后
我们在每次发货时都会检查过. 如果是我们的问题而寄错商品给你们, 来回邮费我们是会负责的, 请你们在收到包裹的时候先检查东西都是对的, 不要把密封的包装打开来以后才跟我们说寄错了, 我们将不负责. 不接受任何个人主观与个人感觉的因素为换货理由, 任何不明显的小污点与小破洞也无法构成退货理由. 有问题的商品,请你们第一时间把图片拍下(放大), 并在收货当天就通知我们.
我们的商品都是经过非常严厉的QC检查后才会寄发给客户们的, 所以大致上是不会存在任何问题. 我们要的是长久的客户, 绝不会发损坏的商品给于我们的客户, 所以请大家放心!

1.0 PLACING ORDER & PAYMENT
(1.1) All the products price are non-negotiable, since we have offered the best price.
(1.2) Each order shall hit the minimum purchase of RM25.00.
(1.3) Once full payment has made, changing of order will not be entertained, and no refund for back out orders.
(1.4) Shipping fees will be charged separately. Available products will be shipped within 1~2 days upon receiving of full payment, or we will notify buyer accordingly.
(1.5) All stocks are first come first serve basis, and we will refund in full for product which is out of stock.
(1.6) Goods sold are not refundable / exchangeable. We will not responsible for any loss or damages during shipping.
(1.7) Once you have made payment, kindly notify us (via email or msn) within two days for our onward action. (*Please indicate your name, transaction amount, and transaction date). And we will reply a Payment Confirmation Note to you after we have received the payment.
(1.8) Shipment Method & Fees :
Peninsula (Poslaju or Skynet) :
~ Flat rate of RM 7.00 for each order.
~ Purchase up to RM150.00 will entitled for free delivery.
Sabah & Sarawak (Poslaju only) :
~ Flat rate of RM 9.00 for each order.
(1.9) Method of Payment : Please bank-in to our a/c at Maybank, the a/c no. will be given during our Order Confirmation Note.
(1.10) Please do inform us once you have received the parcel.
2.0 SKINCARE & COSMETIC PRODUCTS , BEAUTY TOOLS
(2.1) All skincare and cosmetic product are New & 100% Original. Beauty tools are only guaranteed for giving the similar performance with original brand. Please do not go further if in doubt.
(2.2) Please be aware of your own skin allergies and sensitivity before buying. Also, please be understood that, effectiveness of skincare are very depends on each person’s skin condition. We will not take any responsibility and complains should the product cause you allergies, discomfort or dislike.
3.0 FASHIONS / PRE-ORDER (Temporary Not Applicable)
(3.1) Slight color difference from the apparels shown on our site due to each monitor and other settings. All photos shown on our site is for reference only, would have 98% similarity to the real apparels. And we do not prefer to entertain such complaints like personal dislike, cutting or material of apparel is not good, sizing issues (clothes do not fit), thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched.
(3.2) Different batches of apparel may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase. Also, please do allow 2cm~3cm of tolerance for the measurement as shown on photo.
(3.3) For Pre-Order items, all apparels will be shipped within 20~30 days after the closing date. However, do not rule out the possibility that any delay on shipment due to some technical issue.
(3.4) All Pre-Order items are 100% imported, therefore please do not compared with other on-line shops as it might from different manufacturers. (P/s. We do have some Ready Stock too!)
4.0 AFTER SALE
We will inspect items before posting out. We will bear the postage if it is our mistake, vice versa, all postage charges for all exchange to be borne by buyer.
We will not accept all skincare and cosmetic products which have been opened or been used. Please note that personal dislike, or minor stain, minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched are not considered as defects.
All request for defective exchanges must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be reported to us immediately while you have received your order. Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you.
